BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🥬 2 cups of aged (fermented) kimchi
- 🍖 200g of pork belly slices
Seasonings
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 🧄 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 🧂 1 teaspoon of sugar
Additional Ingredients
- 🧅 1 sliced onion
LANGKAH
Stir-fry the pork belly slices over medium heat in a pot to release the fat.
Add aged kimchi to the pot and stir-fry with the pork for about 3 more minutes.
Pour 4 cups of water into the pot and add the onion. Bring to a boil.
Add soy sauce, fish sauce, minced garlic, and sugar, then simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
Bring the finished stew to a boil over medium heat once more and serve immediately.
