BAHAN-BAHAN

- 🥬 1 cup aged kimchi, chopped
- 🍖 1/2 cup diced ham
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
LANGKAH
Chop 1 cup of aged kimchi into bite-sized pieces and prepare 1/2 cup of diced ham.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of cooking oil.
Add the chopped kimchi to the pan and stir-fry until you hear sizzling sounds.
Add 1/2 tbsp of sugar and 1/2 tbsp of chili powder to the pan.
Add the diced ham and continue stir-frying.
Add a small splash of water to prevent the seasoning from clumping.
Stir everything together until the water evaporates, then serve immediately.
