Cut the root off the komatsuna, wash it, and slice into 3cm pieces. Trim the root off the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Slice the bacon into 1cm strips.

Add the seasoning ingredients (salt, consomme, and water) to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the bacon, shimeji mushrooms, and spaghetti (broken in half) and cook according to the pasta package instructions over medium heat.

Add the komatsuna and milk to the pot and heat for 1 minute.
