BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 100g komatsuna, chopped into 4cm pieces
- 🌽 2 tbsp frozen corn
Noodles
- 20g vermicelli, cut into shorter lengths
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
LANGKAH
Cut the root off the komatsuna and chop into 4cm pieces. Cut the vermicelli into shorter lengths for easier eating.
In a pot, add all the seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆) and heat over medium heat until boiling.
Add the komatsuna, corn, and vermicelli to the pot. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes until the vermicelli softens.
Drizzle sesame oil into the soup before serving.
