BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (200g) fried tofu
- 1 bunch (200g) komatsuna
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 150 ml water
LANGKAH
Trim the root ends of the komatsuna and make a cross-cut at the base.
Boil plenty of water in a pot, add the komatsuna starting from the roots, and blanch for about 1 minute until vibrant green. Cool in cold water, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water again in the pot, add the fried tofu, blanch briefly, and drain. Cut the tofu into halves lengthwise, then slice into 1 cm thick pieces.
In a separate pot, mix the seasonings (☆). Heat over medium heat, add the tofu, cover, and simmer for 7 minutes on low heat after boiling. Add the komatsuna and simmer briefly.
