- 1/2 block konjac
- 🍄 1 shiitake mushroom
- 1 green bell pepper
Oils and Fats
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced

LANGKAH
Cut the konjac into bite-sized pieces using a spoon. Halve the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into quarters. Slice the shiitake mushroom and garlic thinly.
In a pot, add water and konjac. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Drain the water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Add garlic, konjac, and shiitake mushroom. Stir-fry over medium heat until the shiitake becomes tender.
Add the bell pepper and butter. Stir-fry over medium heat until the butter coats everything evenly. Add soy sauce and mix well to finish.
