Broth Ingredients
- 1 tbsp anchovy powder
- 💧 5 cups water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1/4 onion, julienned
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, julienned
Seasoning Sauce Ingredients
- 7 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 2 spicy peppers, chopped
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- Pinch of black pepper
Main Ingredient

LANGKAH
Toast anchovies in a dry pan over medium heat to remove moisture and odor.
Blend the toasted anchovies into a fine powder and store in the fridge.
Boil 5 cups of water and add 1 tbsp anchovy powder. Reduce heat to low.
Season the broth with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1/2 tsp salt.
Add julienned carrot, onion, and zucchini to the broth and simmer.
Cook noodles in boiling water with 3 tsp salt. Add cold water thrice as it boils over.
Rinse cooked noodles in cold water to remove starch and ensure chewiness.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing soy sauce, chili powder, sugar, sesame oil, green onion, spicy pepper, garlic, and black pepper.
Place noodles in a bowl, pour broth over, and top with seasoning sauce.
