BAHAN-BAHAN
Rice
- 🍚 White rice, 2 cups
- 💧 Water, 2.5 cups
Beef
- 🥩 Ground beef, 250g
- 🧄 Garlic, 1 clove (minced)
- 🥢 Soy sauce, 2 tbsp
- 🍬 Sugar, 1 tsp
- 🌰 Sesame oil, 1 tsp
Vegetables
- 🌿 Spinach, 100g
- 🥕 Carrot, 1 (julienned)
- Bean sprouts, 100g
Toppings
- 🥚 Egg yolks, 4
- White sesame seeds, 2 tbsp
- Gochujang (red pepper paste), to taste
LANGKAH
Wash the white rice and cook it in a rice cooker.
Stir-fry the ground beef over medium heat in a frying pan, and add garlic, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
Blanch the bean sprouts briefly, then soak them in cold water and drain off the excess water.
Lightly boil the spinach and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Serve the cooked rice in a bowl and arrange the stir-fried beef and vegetables on top.
Place an egg yolk at the center and sprinkle with white sesame seeds and gochujang as desired to complete the dish.
