BAHAN-BAHAN
Meat
- 🐓 Chicken (thigh meat) 500g
Seasonings
- Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
- 🧂 Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ginger 15g (thinly sliced)
- 🧄 Garlic 4 cloves
Vegetables
- 🥬 Green onion as needed
- 🥔 Daikon radish 150g (thinly sliced)
Grains
- 🍚 Glutinous rice 50g
LANGKAH
Wash the chicken under water and remove blood and excess fat.
Place glutinous rice, ginger slices, garlic, and daikon radish in a pot and layer the chicken on top.
Add water to the pot until the chicken is submerged and simmer on low heat for 3 hours.
Add salt and soy sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes to adjust the flavor.
Remove from the pot and garnish with green onions to complete.
