BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- Silken tofu 400g
- 🥩 Pork 200g (thinly sliced)
- Kimchi 120g
- 🌱 Spring onion 2 stalks
- 🧄 Garlic 2 cloves (minced)
- Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
- Korean chili powder 1 tablespoon
- 💧 Water 600ml
LANGKAH
Cut the spring onion diagonally and mince the garlic.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry the pork. Once it changes color, add the garlic.
Add kimchi and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Add water, soy sauce, and Korean chili powder, and bring it to a boil.
Tear the silken tofu into large pieces and add it to the pot. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the spring onions and simmer for another 1 minute.
