LANGKAH
Cut the napa cabbage into quarters and wash thoroughly.
Boil water in a pot and add 1 tsp of salt once it reaches a rolling boil.
Blanch the napa cabbage in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Drain the cabbage and squeeze out excess water.
Prepare the seasoning: mix sesame oil, minced garlic, fish sauce, and chopped green onion.
Combine the squeezed cabbage with the prepared seasoning in a bowl.
Garnish with sliced red chili and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
