- Sesame Oil 1 tsp
- 🧄 Garlic 1 piece (minced)
LANGKAH
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and lightly sprinkle with salt. Leave for about 5 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté minced garlic over low heat until fragrant.
Add chicken breast and stir-fry over medium heat until the surface becomes white.
Add broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper, and stir-fry until all vegetables are lightly coated with oil.
Add soy sauce, stir quickly, and you're done.
