BAHAN-BAHAN
Fish
- 🐟 150g of chopped tuna
Vegetables
- 🥬 50g of minced cabbage
- 🧅 1 minced onion
Coating
- Flour as needed

- Salad oil as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp of potato starch
- 1 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/3 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of grated ginger
LANGKAH
Finely mince the onion and cabbage.
Roughly chop the tuna, then finely mince it using a knife.
In a bowl, mix the tuna, onion, cabbage, and all seasoning ingredients until sticky (forming the filling).
Divide the filling into 4 portions, shape them while removing air, and coat with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in sequence.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C, fry the coated patties until golden brown and cooked through (about 5 minutes).
