BAHAN-BAHAN
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🍄 1/2 pack maitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 pieces ginger, julienned
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
LANGKAH
Trim the base of the maitake mushrooms and separate them by hand. Thinly slice the onion and julienne the ginger.
In a bowl, mix the sake, sugar, and miso to prepare the seasoning.
Heat salad oil and ginger in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the maitake mushrooms and onion to the pan. Stir-fry until softened, then add the prepared seasoning and mix well.
