BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 Firm tofu 300g
- 🐖 Ground pork 100g
- 🌰 Green onion, 1/2 stalk (minced)
Seasonings
- 🧂 Soy sauce, 1 tbsp
- Chili bean paste, 1 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic, 1 clove (minced)
- 🌿 Ginger, 1 piece (minced)
- Cornstarch, 1 tsp (mixed with water)

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and lightly boil in hot water.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the ground pork.

Add garlic, ginger, and chili bean paste, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Return the tofu and add soy sauce, mixing everything together.

Finally, add water-mixed cornstarch to thicken.
