BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- Tofu 1 block (about 300g)
- 🐖 100g Ground pork
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Doubanjiang
- 🧂 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 🧄 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 piece Ginger (minced)
LANGKAH

Cut the tofu into 1.5cm cubes, parboil in hot water, and drain.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the garlic and ginger.

Add ground pork and stir-fry over medium heat.

Add Doubanjiang and stir-fry further to release the aroma.

Add the boiled tofu, soy sauce, and sugar, and gently mix.
