BAHAN-BAHAN
Pizza Dough
- 🌾 Wheat flour 250g
- Dry yeast 1 tsp
- 💧 Water 140ml
- 🧂 Salt 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
Toppings
- 🍅 Tomato sauce 100g
- 🧀 Mozzarella cheese 150g
- 🌿 Basil leaves (a few)
LANGKAH
Mix flour and salt in a bowl, make a well in the center, and add yeast, water, and olive oil. Knead the dough until smooth.
Place the kneaded dough in a bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about an hour.
Once the dough has risen, flatten it out and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, and arrange the mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
Scatter basil leaves over the baked pizza and serve immediately.
