Main ingredients
- 🍵 Matcha powder 2 teaspoons
- 🍬 Gelatin 10g
- 💧 Water 2 cups
- 🧂 Sugar 2 teaspoons
LANGKAH
Add a small amount of water to the matcha powder and mix until there are no clumps.
Soak the gelatin in the measured water for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and the soaked gelatin, heating over low heat until fully dissolved (be careful not to bring it to a boil).
Add the dissolved matcha mixture to the liquid and stir gently.
Transfer to jelly molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
