BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 200g shirataki noodles
- 150g sliced beef
- 150g grilled tofu
- 5 stalks green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 150ml water
LANGKAH
Boil water in a pot, add shirataki noodles, and cook for 3 minutes. Drain the water.
Cut the grilled tofu into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onions into 3cm lengths.
Heat the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and water) in a pot. Add the beef and simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes, skimming off any foam.
Add shirataki noodles and tofu to the pot. Cover and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.
Add green onions, cover, and simmer on low heat for 1 minute.
