- 1 mentaiko (remove skin)

LANGKAH
Cut open the mentaiko and remove the roe.
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch.
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Mash the potatoes while warm until smooth, then mix in mayonnaise, grated cheese, salt, pepper, and half of the mentaiko.
Line heat-resistant muffin cups with gyoza wrappers. Add the potato mixture, remaining mentaiko, and pizza cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle dried parsley on top as garnish before serving.
