BAHAN-BAHAN
Noodles
- 2 bundles dried soba noodles
Seafood
- 2 pieces mentaiko
Vegetables
- 1/3 pack maitake mushrooms
Oil
- As needed salad oil
Seasoning
- 60cc concentrated mentsuyu
- 500cc water
Tempura Batter
- 50g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 70cc cold water
LANGKAH
Break maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the tempura batter ingredients lightly.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Dip mentaiko and maitake into the batter and fry until light golden brown, about 1 minute.
Boil water in a pot and cook soba noodles according to package instructions.
In another pot, heat mentsuyu and water until boiling.
Serve the cooked soba noodles in a bowl, pour the hot soup over, and top with the tempura.
