BAHAN-BAHAN
Pasta
- ๐ 100g spaghetti (quick-cook, 3 min)
Fish
- ๐ 95g canned miso mackerel
Vegetables
- ๐ 1/2 tomato, chopped
Cheese / Dairy
- ๐ง 10g processed cheese, cubed
Herbs
- ๐ฟ Basil, to taste
Seasoning
- ๐ง Salt and pepper, to taste
Liquid
- ๐ง 200cc water
LANGKAH
Remove the stem from the tomato and chop into bite-sized pieces. Cube the processed cheese into 1cm pieces.
Place the spaghetti (broken in half) into a microwave-safe container and add water to submerge. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Stir lightly.
Add the canned miso mackerel (including the liquid), tomato, and salt and pepper to the container. Cover loosely again and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Add the processed cheese and tear the basil leaves into the container. Stir lightly to combine.
