- π 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
Protein
- 100g ground meat
Vegetables
- π§ 1/2 onion
- π₯ 1/3 carrot
- π 2 cherry tomatoes
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp flour
- π§ 1/3 tsp salt
- π¬ 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- π§ 1/2 tsp garlic paste
Garnish
- A pinch of Italian parsley
LANGKAH
Grate the onion and carrot into a microwave-safe container. Add ground meat and flour, then mix well.
Add all seasoning ingredients (marked β), mix thoroughly, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes until the meat is cooked.
Stir the mixture well, cover loosely again, and microwave at 600W for another 2 minutes.
Serve the cooked curry over rice, garnish with Italian parsley and cherry tomatoes.
