BAHAN-BAHAN
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 head cabbage (400g)
- 🌽 30g frozen corn
Dairy
- 🧈 12g salted butter
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp chicken stock powder
- 4 tbsp miso
Liquid
- 💧 600ml water
LANGKAH
Cut the cabbage into quarters (wedge-shaped pieces) and slice the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat. Add pork, sake, and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the pork is cooked. Push the pork to the edges of the pot.
Place the cabbage in the center of the pot, add chicken stock powder and water, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and simmer on low-medium heat for 10 minutes.
Mix in the miso and add the corn. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
