BAHAN-BAHAN
Mushrooms
- ๐ 1 pack (100g) enoki mushrooms
- ๐ 1 pack (100g) maitake mushrooms
- ๐ 1 piece (60g) king oyster mushroom
Seasonings
- ๐ง 1/4 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp miso
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- ๐ฐ 1 tbsp ground white sesame
LANGKAH
Trim the root of enoki mushrooms, cut them in half, and separate them. Tear maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Cut king oyster mushroom in half lengthwise, then slice into 1cm thick pieces.
Place enoki, maitake, and king oyster mushrooms in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds until softened. Let cool and drain excess water thoroughly.
Mix all seasonings (sugar, miso, mayonnaise, ground sesame) in a bowl. Add the mushrooms and toss to combine.
