- 2 eggplants (approx. 200g, sliced into rounds)

- Miso 1.5 tablespoons
- Mirin 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
- 🍭 Sugar 1 teaspoon
LANGKAH
Heat oil in a frying pan, stir-fry the eggplants over medium heat until they soften, then remove.
Using the same pan, stir-fry the pork until the surface turns white.
Return the eggplants to the pan, add miso, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce, and mix everything well.
When the pork and eggplants are coated with the sauce and have a glossy appearance, stop the heat and you're done.
