BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 50g mizuna (1/4 bag)
Noodles
- 100g shirataki (1 bag)
Fermented Foods
- 50g kimchi
Oil
- 1 tsp rice oil
Soup Base
- 300ml water
- 4g bonito flakes (1 packet)
- 2 tsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Prepare the mizuna by washing and cutting into bite-sized pieces.
Rinse the shirataki noodles and cut them into manageable lengths if necessary.
Heat 1 tsp of rice oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add the kimchi to the pot and sauté for 1-2 minutes to release its aroma.
Pour in 300ml of water and bring to a boil.
Add the bonito flakes, soy sauce, and shirataki noodles to the pot. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the mizuna to the soup and cook for an additional 1 minute until wilted.
Serve the soup hot and enjoy.
