- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
LANGKAH
Mix 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp butter, and 1 tbsp honey well. Skip garlic for a gorgonzola toast variation.
Spread the sauce on one slice of bread, then layer with 1 slice of cheese and 1 handful of mozzarella cheese.
Place another slice of bread on top and spread the remaining sauce.
Top with a generous amount of mozzarella cheese.
Cook in a microwave for 1.5–2 minutes or on a preheated pan with a lid on low heat until the cheese melts. For a crispy texture, use an air fryer at 160°C for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle sliced almonds and parsley powder on top. Serve and enjoy the stretchy garlic toast!
