BAHAN-BAHAN
Main
- 🍥 Silken tofu 150g
- 🍄 Shiitake mushrooms 3 pieces (sliced thin)
- 🍄 Enoki mushrooms 1/3 bunch (cut into 3cm pieces)
- Spinach 1 bunch
Seasonings
- Dashi powder 1 tsp
- 🧂 Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
LANGKAH

Put 700ml of water in a pot and add dashi powder, then heat.

Add shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and spinach. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces and add it at the end. Simmer for 1 minute.

Add soy sauce and let it boil slightly once. It's done.
