BAHAN-BAHAN
Mushroom
- 🍄 1 pack oyster mushrooms
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch chives
Tofu
- 🧈 150g firm tofu
Aromatics
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Spices
- 1 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- 💧 200ml water
Thickener
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
LANGKAH
Trim the root of the oyster mushrooms and break them into bite-sized pieces. Cut the chives into 3cm lengths. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork, grated garlic, grated ginger, and doubanjiang. Stir-fry until the pork is cooked through.
Add the oyster mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until they soften.
Add the chives, tofu, and the seasoning mixture (miso, sugar, soy sauce, chicken bouillon, and water). Cover and simmer on low heat for 5-6 minutes.
Mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Add it to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
