LANGKAH
Cut the green onion into 3cm pieces and place them in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Add the cooked green onion and mix well. Let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
