Vegetables
- π₯ 3 small potatoes (400g)
- π± 4 asparagus spears (80g)
- π½ 120g canned corn
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Dairy
- π§ 10g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- π¬ 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- π§ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- π§ 2 tbsp water
LANGKAH
Cut the new potatoes into bite-sized pieces with the skin on. Soak in water, then drain. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4β5 minutes until tender.
Trim the ends of the asparagus and peel the lower half with a peeler. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container with 1/2 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain the water.
In a bowl, mix all the β seasonings together.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Add the potatoes and stir-fry for 1β2 minutes until golden brown.
Add the β seasoning mixture and coat the potatoes. Then add the corn and asparagus, stir-frying briefly. Add the butter and stir until melted and well combined.
