BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch nira
- 250g grated daikon
Starch
- 4 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- A dash of chili oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Grate the daikon and lightly squeeze out excess water. Cut the nira into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix nira, grated daikon, and potato starch thoroughly. Divide into 4 portions and shape into oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until golden brown. Add the seasoning ingredients and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
Serve on a plate and drizzle with chili oil if desired.
