BAHAN-BAHAN
Chicken Nanban
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Sufficient amount of flour
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Tartar Sauce
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 20g chopped green onion
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp vinegar
Tomato and Okra Stir-fry
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 4 okra
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Corn and King Oyster Mushroom Butter Sauté
- 40g king oyster mushroom
- 2 tbsp frozen corn
- 10g salted butter
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
LANGKAH
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Prepare vegetables: cut tomato into bite-sized pieces, trim and slice okra diagonally, and slice king oyster mushroom into 5mm pieces.
Mash boiled egg in a bowl and mix with remaining tartar sauce ingredients.
Coat chicken with flour and dip into beaten egg.
Heat salad oil in a pan, fry chicken until golden brown on both sides.
Add king oyster mushroom and corn to the pan, then add okra and cover to steam for 2 minutes.
Add tomato, chicken stock powder, and salt and pepper to okra, stir-fry briefly. Add butter to mushrooms and corn, stir to coat.
Remove vegetables from pan, add sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar to chicken, stir until sauce thickens.
Plate chicken, vegetables, and tartar sauce attractively.
