BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 White part of green onion
- 🥕 1 carrot
- 🥒 1 zucchini
- 🥬 Some napa cabbage
- 🍄 Some enoki mushrooms
- 🌿 Soaked seaweed
- 1 cup of perilla powder
Seasonings
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- 🧂 Soy sauce to taste
LANGKAH
Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté chopped onion and green onion until fragrant.
Add diced carrot, zucchini, and napa cabbage to the pot and continue to sauté.
Add enoki mushrooms and soaked, chopped seaweed to the pot and mix well.
Add 1 bowl of cooked rice and mix thoroughly. Pour water or seaweed soaking water into the pot and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add 1 cup of perilla powder and stir well. Season with salt and soy sauce to taste.
