Main Ingredients
- 40g oatmeal
- 2 slices bacon
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥦 50g broccoli florets
- 🧀 15g shredded pizza cheese
Seasonings
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 100cc water
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of black pepper
Garnish
- A dash of black pepper for garnish
LANGKAH
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
In a large microwave-safe container, combine oatmeal, bacon, broccoli, and the seasonings. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4–5 minutes until the broccoli softens and the mixture thickens.
Mix the contents, crack the egg into the center, and top with shredded pizza cheese. Bake in a toaster oven for 4–5 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
Sprinkle black pepper on top before serving.
