LANGKAH
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the ends of the cucumber, peel in stripes using a peeler, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Remove the stems from the shiso leaves and finely chop them.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (β) with the chopped shiso leaves. Add the octopus, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes, and toss well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
