- 1 tbsp sushi vinegar
- 1 tbsp white miso
LANGKAH
Slice the boiled octopus diagonally into thin pieces.
Cut off both ends of the cucumber and slice thinly. Mix the cucumber with a pinch of salt and let it sit for 10 minutes. Rinse with water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix the sushi vinegar and white miso in a bowl to make the vinegar miso sauce.
Arrange the octopus and cucumber on a plate and drizzle with the vinegar miso sauce.
