- ๐ 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- ๐ 1 medium eggplant
- ๐ 1 medium tomato
- ๐ฅ 1 medium cucumber
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- ๐ง 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- ๐ง 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
LANGKAH
Cut boiled octopus, eggplant, cucumber, and tomato into 2cm cubes. Mix all seasonings in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add eggplant, and stir-fry until golden brown. Add the cooked eggplant to the bowl with the seasonings.
Add the boiled octopus, tomato, and cucumber to the bowl and mix well.
