LANGKAH
Chop the boiled octopus into small pieces.
Grate the yam until smooth.
In a bowl, mix the octopus, grated yam, green onion, and seasonings (sake, salt, ginger, potato starch).
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F), and drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the oil. Fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Serve the fritters on a plate and garnish with lemon wedges.
