LANGKAH
Chop the molokhia leaves, tomato, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the boiled octopus into thin pieces.
Mix sugar, salt, soy sauce, pepper, white wine vinegar, olive oil, and grated garlic in a bowl to create the marinade.
Combine the chopped vegetables, octopus, and marinade in a large bowl.
