BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (70g) canned tuna in water
- 1 piece (20g) fried tofu
- 🍄 1/2 pack (50g) maitake mushrooms
- White sesame seeds, as needed
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
LANGKAH
Tear the maitake mushrooms into small pieces by hand.
Wipe off excess oil from the fried tofu using a paper towel, then cut into 1cm wide strips along the longer side.
Place the fried tofu, canned tuna, maitake mushrooms, and seasonings into a microwave-safe container. Lightly mix, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Mix the ingredients evenly after microwaving, then serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
