- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g), sliced

- 1 tbsp salted kombu
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

LANGKAH
Slice the cucumber thinly and place it in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt for rubbing and gently massage. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until softened, then squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, combine the okara, cucumber, and seasonings (salted kombu, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper). Mix well.
