BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 35g canned tuna, drained
- 3g dried hijiki
- 6 okra, sliced
- 1/2 bunch mizuna, chopped
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- A pinch of yuzu kosho
LANGKAH
Rub okra with a pinch of salt, rinse with water, remove stems, and slice into rounds. Chop mizuna into bite-sized pieces and halve the cherry tomatoes. Drain the canned tuna and rehydrate the hijiki in plenty of water, then drain.
Place okra and hijiki in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (soy sauce, mayonnaise, yuzu kosho). Add the okra, hijiki, mizuna, cherry tomatoes, and tuna, then toss to combine.
