BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken thigh 200g (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 🍚 Cooked rice, 2 servings
Secondary Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs, 2 pieces
- 🌱 Green onion, 1 stalk (diagonally sliced)
Seasonings
- Soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
- 🍬 Sugar, 1 tablespoon
- Mirin, 2 tablespoons
- Dashi stock, 100ml
LANGKAH
Add dashi, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add chicken to the pot and simmer until the surface color changes.
Add green onion and simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
Pour beaten eggs into the pot in two batches and cook until semi-set.
Pour the pot contents over the rice and serve.
