- π Chicken thigh 200g
- π 2 bowls of cooked rice
- π₯ 2 eggs
- π§ 1/2 onion (thinly sliced)
- π± 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- π 2 tablespoons mirin
- 100ml dashi stock
- π§ 1 teaspoon sugar
LANGKAH
Thinly slice the onion and cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Add dashi stock, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the sliced onion and let it simmer.
Add chicken to the pot and simmer until cooked through, then pour in beaten eggs.
When the eggs are half-cooked, turn off the heat and serve over steaming hot rice.
