- 🥚 3 Eggs
- 🧅 1/2 Onion (thinly sliced)
- 🍚 2 cups Cooked white rice
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 150ml Dashi stock

Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and slice the onion thinly.

Add dashi stock, soy sauce, sugar, and mirin into a pot and bring to a light boil.

Add chicken thigh and onion into the pot and simmer over medium heat.

Pour the beaten eggs into the pot and cook until half-cooked.
