- 🍗 Chicken thighs, 200g
- 🍚 Cooked rice, 2 servings
- 🥚 Eggs, 3 pieces
Seasonings
- Soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
- 🧂 Sugar, 2 teaspoons
- Mirin, 2 tablespoons
- Dashi stock, 1/2 cup
LANGKAH
Cut the chicken thighs into bite-size pieces.
Add soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and dashi stock to a pot and heat over medium heat.
Add the chicken to the pot, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Whisk 2 eggs and pour over the chicken. Cover the pot and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Serve the chicken and egg mixture over cooked rice. Top with a small amount of raw egg and it's ready to serve.
