- 🍄 4 mushrooms
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sliced chili
- A pinch of dried parsley

- 200ml olive oil

- 🥖 Sliced baguette, as needed
Saltwater (for oysters)
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 💧 Water, as needed
LANGKAH
Prepare a bowl of saltwater (1 tsp salt + water) and wash the oysters in it. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
Mince the garlic, halve the mushrooms, and toast the baguette slices in a toaster.
In a pot, add garlic, salt, and olive oil. Heat over medium heat.
Once fragrant, reduce to low heat and add oysters, mushrooms, and chili. Cook for about 3 minutes until oysters are cooked through.
Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with toasted baguette slices.
