Main Ingredients
- π¦ͺ 1.5 cups oysters
- π₯¬ 8β10 leaves napa cabbage
- π§ 1/2 small onion
- π₯ 1/4 carrot, julienned
- π§ Some green onion
- 1β2 green chili peppers
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- π§ 7β8 cups water
- π§ A pinch of salt
- π§ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
LANGKAH
Rinse the oysters 2β3 times under running water, drain, and marinate with fish sauce, black pepper, minced garlic, and mirin.
Cut the napa cabbage into medium-sized pieces. Julienne the carrot, and slice the green onion, chili peppers, and onion.
Heat sesame oil and cooking oil in a pan. Add the napa cabbage, carrot, onion, green onion, and chili peppers. Stir-fry for 3β5 minutes.
Once the napa cabbage softens, add the marinated oysters and stir-fry until partially cooked.
Pour in 7β8 cups of water and bring to a boil. Let the flavors infuse by simmering for a few minutes.
Serve the soup hot and enjoy the refreshing and savory flavors.
